Schedule

I realized today that I need to be on a schedule.

I have a work schedule.

I have a schedule for when I go for violin lessons.

When I was in school, I had a class schedule.

I kept to those schedules to the best of my ability.  I went to class, I go to violin lessons.  I get to work on time and stay until clock out time (or later).

I don't have a writing schedule though.  Everyone pretty much assumes when I am home I am free to do whatever, and so time gets filled with stuff that is not writing.

I am going to set a schedule.  Otherwise I will not be able to accomplish my goals.   I might even publicly post that schedule.  Who knows.  I just know that I am going to set that schedule, and I treat it like a work or class schedule that I am obligated to be at.
